Hélène DAVID is an architect and a doctor in architecture. Since 2010, she works as an architect-urbanist, a researcher and a teacher. 

In 2015, she finalized a PhD on the relationship between architecture, ecology and territory at the Laboratoire de l'Ecole d'Architecture de Versailles (Université de Versailles- Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines), and received a distinction and the congratulations of the jury. This work was also supported by a research allocation from the Ministry of Culture and Communication. She is now a full member of this research laboratory, and teaches at ENSA-V in the field of History and Cultural Architecture.  

At Urban Act, she is in charge of strategic, prospective dimensions and the agency's development. She brings her expertise to the team on environmental issues and animates the network of associate experts.
